To create high-level employees and better improve after-sale service, VMAN has collaborated with our specified customer team in Malaysia to carry out a training program from JAN 30th -FEB 1st,2024.It was an unforgettable memory for both teams.
The customized service training aimed to increase the communication between both teams and improve the practical skills of workers with the latest technology. The Malaysia team can derive long-term benefits through 3 days of intensive training from both theoretical knowledge and practical maintenance. Furthermore, both VMAN team and Malaysia team have more in-depth communication this time.

After 3 days training, all members of Malaysia team had passed the test and get the training certificates. The training result is beyond expectation. The Malaysia team can better support the end customer with better understanding of the products. VMAN really looking forward to carrying out the next exciting program soon.
